Refunds & Returns

We offer total stress free returns! If you have any problem with your purchase we are happy to accept the return as long as the below conditions are met.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached and in the original bag. If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown or it is unable to meet your fitting requirements we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include, at our total discretion, refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 2 weeks  from the date the customer received the order with proof of purchase. 

Any items returned outside of a 2 week period or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Go Diva will not pay to return these items to you.
